Enyt's Blog

I started to write this blog in 2002 when I was still living in Osaka. This blog is more about my life abroad, my past and my present.

Name:
Location: New York, New York, United States

November is my fav month. I was born in Indonesia 28 years ago and currently living in New York. In the city of no close friends, i spend most of my leisure time at the gym and bookstores and yet i am neither muscular nor a nerd..: ) I take life as it is, i try to get as much as from life experiences while i am still young. I've been given a lot of opportunities to spend my life abroad, my inside curiosity is like a three years old kid. Give me the world, i'll give you my heart. :P

Things That I Hate When Riding Subways

I have been wanting to post about this one several months ago but always delayed, sometimes because of mood-changed. Well, since i've got too much times on hand,i can write down what i hate when riding subways in nyc. Here are they :
1. in rush hours, when i stand up, back to back with another person..i always try to leave a little space between us, mainly because i hate touching with other people's stuffs, not even their clothes. So when the train moves, automatically you get shaken, right ? but i always try to control my body, some people just don't get it, so they swing and swing and i really hate when part of their body/clothes touching me. I know im not supposed to hate it, but i just can't help it !!
2. This applied to when sitting.
3. I also hate the coffee's smell on trains ( this is so ironic, because i really love coffee ).
4. I hate when people who next to me keep yawning every one minute and not covering their mouths !!! So unthoughtful !
5. I hate the smelly coats/jackets in winter. I know lots of people don't change especially when they work in restaurants.

Phewww, this might make me sound like an arrogant person, but i am really not ! I think i pay too much attention to my surroundings when i am not reading on trains. That's why. : )
