Challenging Fall
Last night for the first time in my life i took a cycling class. Wow ! it was great! I thought it was gonna be a boring class, you know..riding nowhere..but i am telling now it was really good. I didn't even watch the clock and suddenly 45 minutes had passed ! I definitely will take it again, now i am thinking about taking it on thursdays ( to replace the abs class), fridays and sundays..: )
Thanks to S. ( let's call him this way ) who inspires me to take a cardio class coz he thinks running 10-20 minutes on treadmill isn't enough.
PS: my butt still hurts..haha..
So this fall, i made a little changes or to variate a bit. I add total body conditioning and cycling this season. Tell you what, the TBC class on tuesday is killing me, if not torturing..but still, i like it :P.
Here is newest and challenging schedules :
Monday : abs and kickboxing
Tuesday : kickboxing and total body conditioning
Wednesday : abs and total body conditioning ( next will gonna try jump rope jam)
Thursday : cycling and club strength
Friday : cycling and abs ( might add yoga )
Sunday : cycling, club strength and abs
Whenever i have time, no matter how little it is, i always try to run 5-10 minutes on treadmill.
You see, i think i workout hard enough. Okay, so i must admit that part of me want to lose weights (it's so strange that after months and months of hardworking, it's still very hard to get to my perfect-desired figure..however, i am not shy to tell you that my legs are in shape now..ahha ), another part of me want to have a healthy body. I've seen lots of people who do not work out and when they turn into theirs 30s and up, the body is slowing down. I am more inspired to work out here than in indonesia ( i did workout too ). I think people are more concern about their health here ( well of course, people have more health problems in usa ).
I do realize one thing that i can't stand of cold anymore. I used to be able sleeping in AC room without a blanket no matter how cold it was. So i guess, age does matter. However, compared to months ago, i know i am stronger..:P
Anyhoo, a few days ago i received a card and pictures from Sanyon and Annie. Nice couple and nice pictures..: ) I think Annie still looks the same with her curly hair but Sanyon has lost his unruly hair..haha...nice tho, looks more like a student now..:)
Also a few days ago, i got my library card from New York Public Library ! Yuhooo !! Tomorrow i will go to one of its branches and register. Now i have found out a new " hanging out" place and a smart way to save my money from buying books..ehhee...
Apart from several good news above, i've got a bad news from my hometown but i just can't write it down here, even though i told myself this blog is about my past and present, for some reasons i have to lick my words back. Let's just say every family has skeletons in its closet. I just hope this unfortunate thing won't last for a long period.
