Enyt's Blog

I started to write this blog in 2002 when I was still living in Osaka. This blog is more about my life abroad, my past and my present.

Name:
Location: New York, New York, United States

November is my fav month. I was born in Indonesia 28 years ago and currently living in New York. In the city of no close friends, i spend most of my leisure time at the gym and bookstores and yet i am neither muscular nor a nerd..: ) I take life as it is, i try to get as much as from life experiences while i am still young. I've been given a lot of opportunities to spend my life abroad, my inside curiosity is like a three years old kid. Give me the world, i'll give you my heart. :P

Don't Let That Guy Take Away Your Smile

Two days ago I wrote some wonderful things that happened lately but now I have to write something bad. Okay, so I quit my job today after working for 4hours. I can't stand my boss anymore. One waitress told me not to quit because that's just the way my boss is, I just have to be patience and put nothing into heart. Well, what to say ? I can't do that. I am not going to write in details what had happened for the last 2 days, I am just happy that I am out of that place. But I was very touched by those nice people I met and worked with. Even the buzz boy is nicer than my boss. Last night, there was one very old customer said to me : " I love your smile, you have a very beautiful smile. You know, don't let that man take away your smile." It was so touching ( how could he knew I was about to leave? ). I think i definitely will find a better job than this one. Surely.

I am making new friends with one indonesian guy called Budi. He's a friend of Henny, the cashier in that resto. We've talked quite much and tomorrow will meet each other. I am glad that i am having more friends now.. :) The ex-coworker who asked me out had changed his attitude to me now ( since i rejected going out with him, he seemed so cold towards me, even no "hello" anymore ). Oh man, i don't really care about it, i am not even sure he's a good guy.

I just realized that there are just too many gay people in this city. At least there're two couples each day i saw when i was still working there. They're very cute guys, actually.

Anyway, life is going on. I am going to find a new job the day after tomorrow, i guess. Right now I am going to let my feet rest and enjoy free times again ! Hah !
